I’m Jack, one of the Partnership Consultants at Northcoders, helping to grow the brand in the North West.
How long have you worked for Northcoders?
I joined Northcoders in September 2024.
What does your job role entail?
I build relationships and partnerships with businesses across the North West, creating pathways for Northcoders completing bootcamps to secure their first opportunities in tech. Additionally, I support graduating students as they navigate interview processes and hiring journeys with these employers, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
What did you do before your role at Northcoders?
Before joining Northcoders, I worked as a recruiter, helping businesses in the North West—and occasionally across the UK—find top talent within the Agile Delivery and Product verticals.
Why do you enjoy working in tech?
The people. It’s fascinating to hear their stories and connect talented individuals to solve interesting challenges.
How can you and the wider team at northcoders help businesses find the right tech talent?
