Think of us as a free, highly specialised recruitment team, working behind the scenes to make your hiring experience enjoyable and efficient. Here’s how we support businesses every step of the way.

1. Booking your 1-2-1 consultation…
If you’re looking to take on junior developers and nurture them into mid-level engineers, then Northcoders is your first stop. After all, who wouldn’t want fresh, new perspectives? We start by getting to know your business and its hiring needs. One of our experienced partnership consultant will have a chat with you to understand the roles you’re looking to fill, the skills required, and your company culture. This helps us ensure we’re aligning candidates who are the best fit for your team.
Simply contact one of our partnerships consultant via LinkedIn or email. We’ll be happy to schedule a no-obligation, one-to-one consultation to discuss your needs. There’s no contract or commitment required—now or at any stage.
2. Reviewing your available roles and our exclusive job board…
Once we’ve defined the role(s), we work closely with you to create an engaging job description. We can help clarify requirements, expectations, and salary to make sure the ad attracts the right talent. Once it’s been signed off, we post it on our exclusive Northcoders jobs board, where it’s accessible only to our graduates who are ready to apply for new opportunity.
3. We shortlist the CVs for you…
Our Smart Shortlisting technology scans our graduate database to find candidates who meet your specific needs. You won’t have to sift through stacks of CVs; instead, you’ll receive a curated list of the most suitable candidates. This saves you time and ensures that the CVs you receive align with your criteria. so when you receive a CV from us, you know it’s from someone who meets your criteria.
4. We set up the interviews…
Once you’ve reviewed the CVs and identified potential candidates, our team handles all the scheduling. We coordinate with both parties to set up interviews at convenient times, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Ideally, you’ll find applicants you love, and the only hard part will be deciding who to pick. And if you’re spoilt for choice, you’re more than welcome to hire multiple people.
What happens after?
After the interviews, we gather feedback from both you and the candidates to help improve future processes. We also stay available to answer any questions or provide additional support to help ensure a seamless hiring experience.
